worked morning shift today! yay not so tired so decided to blog about my traveler's diary((: more like a pictorial but ol wells((:

30th jan 2007

arrived in zurich airport, off to st gallen, which is a small town under the canton of the same name! had our lunch in a really beautiful quaint old tavern, which also happens to be our most ex lunch throughout the whole trip!

we ordered water(above) and it cost us 5 sgd:S yupp 2 dishes plus water costed us about 90 sgd. but the rosti there is 12365776341233 times better than singapore!!!

went to their famous library which is really really pretty(best rocco architecture in switz) and in order to protect the floors we had to wear HIDEOUS bedroom slippers made for giants lol. too bad i dont have a photo of it or you will really laugh..

31st to 2 feb: zurich!

zurich was really fun, erm, we went shopping the first day ( no surprise here). zara was having a SERIOUS SALE like seriously cheap((: am still vvv happy about my purchases( i bought 1bottom, 1 top, 1 dress for 36 sgd) and went to this small lil toyshop that was sooooooo cute!

okie i know i look v silly, but i was really qte amazed at the rather life-sized giraffe in the shop.

night view of the city, i really like zurich! the views, the historical looking buildings and erm ahhh the cute guys! sighhhh

the top of the clock tower of one of the most famous churches in zurich. a really really tiring climb i tell u, we were all half dead by the time we climbed up! i love the houses and the fact that the view was NOT covered by tall buildings((:

famous chocolatier in zurich!((: it was v day season and we thought the shop was a florist at first! lol the inside was as pretty as the outside, and we ended up spending qte a bit on sinfuls:X

we went to the top of zurich and played with little kids at the playground. they are how absolutely adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol our paedophilic streak showed><
